Lynnette LaRoche, Founder of ICONIQUE Global. Which was born at the intersection of lived experience and uncompromising vision. After decades of leadership in high-stakes pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments where results, resilience, and reinvention were non-negotiable, I found myself standing where many women do: successful on paper, but standing at the edge of an identity reset I never planned for.

What followed was not collapse—it was excavation.

ICONIQUE Global is a life design world created for women in midlife who know—quietly or boldly—that the life they imagined is still possible.

After divorce, loss of career, financial devastation, health challenges, or years of living by expectation instead of desire, many women are told to scale back, settle in, or disappear gracefully.

ICONIQUE exists to do the opposite.

Here, women excavate outdated identities, reclaim authorship of their lives, and design a future rooted in clarity, self-loyalty, courage, and global possibility. This is reinvention at the identity level—intentional, embodied, and unapologetic.
